Fallen from the trampoline
Just like a childhood dream
I’ll never measure up
Or ever be good enough

A house, career, celebrity
All on my facebook feed
F — k social media
That’s all I ever see

Of me and my accomplishments?
A wife (trophy) an apple watch
All these things and more I have not
There is nothing in my lot

My clothes worn and faded
My haircut is outdated
However, according to my cat
She thinks I’m pretty bad*ss
